Fragomen is a professional immigration services firm made up of law firms and consultancies in more than 60 offices worldwide. In countries where we do not have offices or in house practice groups, we work with carefully selected Local Advisors to deliver services to our clients in more than 170 countries. Members of our Executive Committee and Leadership Team are responsible for managing the firm’s worldwide operations. These professionals drive Fragomen’s vision, client services, structure and support teams, and make certain that our firm remains progressive, agile, efficient, innovative and consistent across all jurisdictions where we operate. Hadley Feldman

General Counsel

Hadley has served as Fragomen’s General Counsel since May 2014. He also serves as the firm’s Chief Privacy Officer (CPO) and manages its privacy and audit group. He is responsible for the contract, compliance, employment, real estate, privacy and litigation matters for all of the firm’s offices worldwide. He is also integrally involved in the firm’s worldwide expansion through acquisition of other practices and the opening of new offices and affiliations with other firms.

Lisa currently serves as Partner, Global Responsible Business Practices—a role to which she was recently appointed in 2022. In this position, Lisa leads Fragomen’s Global Responsible Business Practices, a global department centered on key areas of focus for the firm, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; Pro Bono; Corporate Social Responsibility; Sustainability; and Well-being.

Chief Knowledge Officer

As the Chief Knowledge Officer, Scott leads the firm’s Knowledge group, which is fully dedicated to the creation, curation and management of the firm’s knowledge. Scott is responsible for making Fragomen’s worldwide immigration knowledge readily available to keep Fragomen teams informed so they can provide optimal services to clients and keep clients apprised of the latest developments in immigration and potential impacts on their program.

As Chief People Officer, Salvador oversees Fragomen’s human resource operations and supports the development of firm-wide people strategies, as part of the firm’s goal to create the best client service teams and develop the most appealing career environment. Salvador has more than 25 years of experience devising and leading on HR strategy, talent management and business strategy.

Chief Financial Officer

Walter is Fragomen’s Chief Financial Officer and is based in the firm’s Matawan, New Jersey, office. He oversees Fragomen’s finance operations and supports the development and implementation of firm-wide financial strategies. Walter has more than two decades of accounting, finance systems, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax, strategic planning and risk management experience. Prior to joining Fragomen, Walter held key financial roles at McKinsey for 10 years, most recently as Controller.
