Chief Information Officer

With more than 35 years of technology experience across multiple industries, Paul oversees Fragomen’s information technology (IT) strategy and operations, focusing on developing and implementing IT systems, infrastructure and initiatives to enhance the firm’s efficiency and growth. Before joining Fragomen, he led a significant IT operating model transition at ADM, enabling transformative initiatives in processes and technologies. At Takeda Pharmaceuticals, he served as Vice President, Global Head of Infrastructure and IT Operations, where he ensured the successful globalization of technology operations.

Hadley Feldman

General Counsel

Hadley has served as Fragomen’s General Counsel since May 2014. He also serves as the firm’s Chief Privacy Officer (CPO) and manages its privacy and audit group. He is responsible for the contract, compliance, employment, real estate, privacy and litigation matters for all of the firm’s offices worldwide. He is also integrally involved in the firm’s worldwide expansion through acquisition of other practices and the opening of new offices and affiliations with other firms.

In his role as Chief Transformation Officer, Brian is responsible for driving innovation across a number of areas, including client service, internal processes, business development and technology and working closely with firm leadership on the development and implementation of a number of key programs aimed at delivering ongoing value to clients and partners.

Lisa currently serves as Partner, Global Responsible Business Practices—a role to which she was recently appointed in 2022. In this position, Lisa leads Fragomen’s Global Responsible Business Practices, a global department centered on key areas of focus for the firm, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; Pro Bono; Corporate Social Responsibility; Sustainability; and Well-being.

As the Chief Knowledge Officer, Scott leads the firm’s Knowledge group, which is fully dedicated to the creation, curation and management of the firm’s knowledge. Scott is responsible for making Fragomen’s worldwide immigration knowledge readily available to keep Fragomen teams informed so they can provide optimal services to clients and keep clients apprised of the latest developments in immigration and potential impacts on their program.
